Simon is an experienced Architectural Technologist with over 35 years in the industry. He started his career working for a renowned building survey company, then pursued a career in Architecture, working for a number of high-profile architectural practices, handling commercial projects such as banks, bars, restaurants, and large residential developments. For the last 20 years, he has focused on domestic house extensions across the Cheshire East, Stockport, and Trafford regions, with projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale renovations.

Simon has gained a reputation for delivering high-quality, cost-effective designs that meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. Feedback from builders is that his drawings are of an excellent standard, containing more than enough detail for them to provide the client with accurate quotations on project build costs and to carry out the work on site. In addition to his technical expertise, Simon takes great pride in his ability to listen carefully to his clients’ needs and concerns and to translate those into practical, effective design solutions.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Simon created some great plans, far better than we had initially envisaged and then preceded to obtain planning permission, organise the structural drawings and building regulation approval, liaise with the builders and be on hand for our queries along the way. Everything was dealt with in an extremely efficient and friendly manner and we would absolutely use Simon again, should we ever have the need to.

Simon’s attention to detail was excellent and was recommended to me for this very reason by my builder who told me; “Simon’s plans always work, I never have any issues and everything fits perfectly every time.”  Simon is professional at all times, always responds and is very helpful in answering any questions you may have.

Simon has made the process of obtaining a set of useable building regulation drawings to our needs very straight forward and explained every step of the way. We have been delighted with his work and could not recommend him highly enough! He split the process down into 3 key stages and gave a great explanation as to what each of these would entail, the cost of each stage and also the timeframe. I would definitely recommend Simon to anybody.
